“ Pizza delivery order. Order was on time and accurate. The toppings were decent quality, but there was little to no sauce on the deep dish pizza. Basically dough, cheese and toppings. For any sauce lovers out there if you have a deep dish with no sauce, it taste terrible!! The “tavern style” pizza was under cooked, the pizza crust was soft and bland. Toppings were accurate, proper amounts of sauce, cheese and toppings. This was the first time we ordered pizza from Old Chicago, and unfortunately, probably the last. We spent $75 for two pizzas (food - $50, fees ?? - $6, delivery fee -$3, taxes - $6 and tip $10) One last issue, I am all for tipping and paying drivers to delivery food, but the fact we paid almost 20% in fees and a well deserved 20% tip, is getting an excessive. ”
“ Ordered the thin crust and honestly not sure what to say about it other than it had an unpleasant texture and didn't look like any other thin crust I've eve had. The toppings looked and tasted fine. I'd try again to see if it was an off night or something. Beer was cold and tasty... LOL Server was new and in training and did a fine job. ”

“ Good food and service. We fried buffalo chicken rolls and were very good. Garlic bread was tasty and wings were good. Pizza was something different. The base was quite different from other pizzas. It was very delicious. I would visit this place again with lot of people as I was unable to finish the pizza on a single go. Their thin pizza did not felt like a thin and also not like the regular pizzas. It’s something different. ”
“ The beer selection was phenomenal and the service was fantastic. Unfortunately the food didn't match. The chips were good by themselves but break entirely too easily and the spinach and artichoke dip was no good at all. The boneless wings tasted okay and the Ranch was good but the size of the wings were pathetic. At $15 for 8 I was very disappointed in the size. I did get a discount on them which I was surprised about, I sat at the bar and the bartender was great! ”
“ The ambiance of this place is great. Low lighting is pleasant. The booths are great with plenty of room for a family of 6. It has a bar also. The pizza here was delicious! The Mac & Cheese bake was tasty… The reason for the 3 star is part of our order was not made and we were told it was taken off the check and it was not. Also they ran out of Dr Pepper, I was given watered down soda on my refill and there was no good alternative. This was also supposedly going to be taken off the check and again this did not happen. Even though this happened to us I would still recommend due to the fact that the food was good. The staff were pretty attentive as well… So over all it was still a good experience! ”
“ Of all my years living in the KC metro, this is the first time I have ever been to Old Chicago. The location is in a busy area of 119th st. I enjoyed the personal pepperoni pizza special which included a house salad and a cookie desert. The chocolate chip cookie was warm and fresh. The prices are affordable and the servers have good service. ”
